3 Tips To Look And Feel Great

Most people recognize that when you look good, you feel good and you're happier overall.

I'm going to share 3 tips to look your best and therefore feel your best too. They might seem elementary once you see them but all great people became so by getting good at the basics.

1. Make sure your attire is supporting good feelings.

Even if you only see coworkers all day, what you wear affects your attitude. Make sure your clothes accentuate your body the way you want. Even if no one else sees you, you'll still see yourself in the mirror at times and say, "Hello, good looking." Give yourself a smile while you're at it too.

2. Make sure your physique is supporting good feelings.

Would I be a broken record to say that everyone needs to exercise? How about this then... do exercise that makes you feel good. Skip the marathon sessions on the treadmill for some high intensity interval training. It's short and sweet and gets your heart pumping in 10-15 minutes. Plus you'll feel great later.

3. Make sure to style your hair to support good feelings.

Plenty of men go to a cheap chop shop barber and many women try to save money by cutting it themselves. You'd be amazed at the difference a hair professional makes. There's a reason she's called a hair stylist. If you've been to one, you know she can create a work of art on top of your head.

Combine all those things and you'll be ready to take on the world. You'll look good and feel great.
