MLM training comes in various flavors. The essence of this training is to teach you how to get your MLM recruiting message across to prospects. Also to understand that you have to find a method that is comfortable for you as well as your prospects.

Another key consideration is that when you are going to give a presentation you need to allot enough time to present the "whole story." This is another key point. Make sure that when you are going to do a presentation that the prospect knows in advance how much time you will spend together. You don't want to have this whole great presentation ready and then have your prospect get up and say.. "Sorry but I've got to go now." Not only is that a disservice to you, but the prospect got cheated because they didn't get to see the whole picture. Since we live in a microwave society we're conditioned to make snap decisions usually without enough information. So to avoid this trap make sure you have prepared your prospect for the amount of time you will need together and understand the format you will present with.

The primary presentation formats are:

We have belly to belly.. vanilla.

There is MLM recruiting by telephone, chocolate.

And there is MLM Internet marketing, pistachio.

Your personality needs to fit the format and you need to find the one that fits your new team member's. If you were taking your kid into the ice cream store and asked what was their favorite flavor, and he or she said chocolate and you said: "Nope you're going to have pistachio," how do you think your kid would react?

In network marketing and MLM training, if you try to force feed your new sign-up a particular system that doesn't fit their personality, then they are just not going to do it for any consistent period of time.

Moral of the story.. The best way to do network marketing is the way you like to do it.
